J'ai résolu mes deux erreurs:

Pour la première, j'ai remplacé la fonction qui ne marchait pas par htmlspecialchars.

Pour la deuxième, c'était le lien relatif vers mon fichier basededonnées.php qui n'était pas bon.

Et maintenant tout fonctionne smile
